Safety steak fajitas!!! No tortilla obviously, and Houlihan’s was gracious enough to offer lettuce cups instead. Although I did order a skinny margarita but when I tracked in on MyFitnessPal.com it shows no carbs and only 120 calories! Not to bad for eating out but, I didn’t make it to the gym so I’ve gotta make up for it today. CARDIO DAY!!!

Lightening up the menu for today since I’ve been on a red meat kick;
Breakfast: 2 hard boiled eggs w/ salt and pepper
(After gym) Lunch: 5 Mortadella slices, 2 cheddar cheese
Snack: 1 oz macadamia’s
Dinner: TBD
