Killed it in the kitchen again last night! The rib-eye steaks were on sale so I had to jump on that; cooked up a rib-eye steak with garlic powder, salt and pepper (medium rare) and for my sides pan-seared brussel sprouts in butter, with some cauliflower mash. Perfect steak dinner after a leg long day! This is the second time I’ve made brussel sprouts, this time I let them sear a little longer which made them nice and crispy on the outside, but perfectly cooked on the inside! And of course my favorite garlic cauliflower mash =)

Even happier to know my macros we almost perfect!
Carb – 4%  Fat- 69% Protein – 27%

Protein was a little low, nothing two hard boiled eggs this morning can’t fix!
