Day two, week two. I’ve gotta say the best part of losing weight is when other people can see it. It proves that you ARE doing something right (even if its eating bacon, cheese and other delicious foods) Don’t forget this is a high fat, low carb lifestyle I live now so although I won’t enjoy a grilled cheese sandwhich, a bunless burger topped with melted aged sharp cheddar cheese, onions, lettuce, tomato and bacon is way more satisfying! Caught the end of The Biggest Loser last night and WOW if that’s not motivation I don’t know what is!!
